SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm (UK Time) are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 12pm (UK Time) are shipped the following business day.
EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 12pm (UK Time). Orders received after 12pm (UK Time) will ship out the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via DPD, FedEx or DHL Express for the best services. Please refer to the table above for the fees. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
